Alpharetta Periodontics & Dental Implants
At Alpharetta Periodontics & Dental Implants Dr. Harrell and Dr. Michelotti specialize in treating all periodontal issues that include gum disease, grafts, osseous surgery and dental implants. Using non-surgical, surgical, and regenerative techniques, we can help treat the underlying causes of your areas of concern. We strive to restore your periodontal health in the most non-invasive and cost-effective way possible.

Dental Implants
Don’t let a broken tooth mean a broken smile. Dr. Harrell can fix your tooth with a dental implant. We insert a titanium post into the area where the tooth is missing. This later can be restored with a crown by your dentist.

Deep Cleaning
Gum disease is a serious issue that affects more than sixty-four million people in the United States. It can be treated with deep cleaning, which removes build-up such as bacteria, calculus and debris that is present under the gums.

Periodontics
Periodontal diseases are painless until their advanced stages. If left untreated, periodontal diseases can result in bad breath, red, swollen, bleeding gums and eventually tooth loss.
